Job Description
The role will include but not be limited to:
Co-ordinating and helping the accounts team in managing administrative expenses and invoice reconciliation
Creating, maintaining, communicating, and ensuring adherence to internal guidelines and best practices with respect to various business processes
Organize meeting room bookings and company events as well as arranging travel and accommodations when required
Manage the office facilities from all aspects of ensuring the premises are functional and up to date
Liaise with the vendors for statutory compliance, medical insurance, and printing office supplies
Manage and filing the documents which are invoices, contracts, and other documents
To assist and maintain all data up to date
Support and manage administration activity as per tasks assigned
Resolve administrative issues
Any other admin tasks that may become relevant for the role from time to time.
Your Experience
At least 3 years of working experience in the admin related field is required
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and planning skills
Ability to work with global teams
Proficient in the use of different MS office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Very meticulous with her/his work, excellent attention to details.
Fluent in English and local language. Local language proficiency Telugu is required for working with all local external vendors/partners.
