Tender Executive

Role & responsibilities

1. Oversee and manage the entire tendering process, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
2. Handle all legal documentation related to tenders, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
3. Prepare and submit quotations in response to tender requests.
4. Coordinate, compile, and organize bid submission documents, including tender questionnaires and pre-qualification documents.
5. Collaborate with various departments to streamline tendering activities and ensure smooth contract review processes.
6. Support the commercial team in building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients or associates.
7. Review and track incoming tenders, noting key details such as submission deadlines, project timelines, and compliance requirements.
8. Gather relevant tender information from various sources, including online platforms and industry reports, for effective submission.
9. Ensure strict adherence to submission deadlines by overseeing document preparation, binding, and packaging.
10. Maintain consistency in tender submissions by standardizing document formats, fonts, logos, and other required elements per client specifications.
11. Attend pre-bid meetings to understand project scope, requirements, and client expectations.
12. Follow up with departments for necessary product or service demonstrations related to tenders.
13. Manage and coordinate both central and state-level tendering processes.
14. Collaborate with departments across India to collect and manage tender leads efficiently.
