Job Overview. TenAI is looking for a highly skilled Academic Advisor to join our team. As an Academic Advisor, you will provide guidance, support, and mentorship to students on their educational journey. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar role.

Qualifications And Skills. Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field. 4 to 6 years of experience as an Academic Advisor or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of educational programs and courses. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport with students and establish trust. Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in computer skills and student information systems. Sales and overseas experience is a plus. Roles And Responsibilities. Provide academic guidance and counseling to students. Assist students in selecting appropriate courses and educational programs. Help students set educational goals and develop long-term plans. Monitor student progress and provide feedback on academic performance. Identify and address any barriers or challenges that students may face. Collaborate with faculty and staff to support student success. Stay updated on educational policies and procedures. Attend meetings and workshops to enhance counseling skills.
