Job Overview. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Academic Advisor to join our team at TenAI. As a Senior Academic Advisor, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive academic advising services to students, guiding them with their educational endeavors, and assisting them in achieving their academic goals. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job location is Hyderabad, Telangana, India, and the employment type is Full-Time.

Qualifications And Skills. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 4 to 6 years of experience in academic advising or related roles. Excellent English communication skills. Strong knowledge of overseas education opportunities and study abroad programs. Familiarity with visa process and documentation for study abroad programs. Ability to work effectively with a diverse student population. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office and student information systems. Roles And Responsibilities. Provide academic advising and guidance to students on course selection, degree requirements, and academic policies. Assist students in developing academic plans and setting educational goals. Evaluate student transcripts and academic records to ensure compliance with graduation requirements. Collaborate with faculty and other departments to coordinate academic support programs and resources. Conduct regular check-ins with students to monitor their academic progress and provide necessary interventions. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in higher education and study abroad programs. Assist students with the application process for study abroad programs, including visa requirements and documentation. Provide support and guidance to students on cultural adaptation, working abroad, and overseas education opportunities.
