Your role includes handling:

• Scheduled, no-frills, and chartered flight-only requests, with a high volume of first and business-class bookings.
• Providing top-tier service that ensures exceptional member satisfaction and encourages repeat usage of our concierge services.

What you ll bring:

• Outstanding customer service skills and a passion for exceeding expectations.
• Strong commercial judgment and a knack for finding the best travel solutions.
• Proficiency with GDS booking technology, preferably Amadeus, and our job management systems.
