Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage international sales processes, including lead generation, client onboarding, and account management.
  
• Develop strong relationships with clients through effective communication and negotiation skills.
  
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, or other marketing initiatives.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  
• Meet or exceed monthly targets for sales performance metrics such as revenue growth, conversion rates, etc.
• 
  Profile Description:
  
• 1-6 years of experience in an International BPO environment handling International Sales process.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to work effectively with diverse cultures across different time zones.
• Min 1yr of International BPO Sales experience / collections.
• 5 Days working .
• 24*7 shift environment
• Uncapped incentives.
• Both side cabs/ Travel Reimbursement.
