Purpose & Scope:
The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the organizations income, expenses, and investments. This role involves creating and evaluating financial reports, including cash-flow statements, and analyzing economic and financial trends.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead the preparation and management of budgets.
- Oversee the maintenance of financial records and receipts.
- Reconcile daily, monthly, and yearly financial transactions.
- Prepare and review balance sheets and other financial statements.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of organizational products and processes.
- Provide high-quality customer service to clients.
- Resolve financial disputes raised by customer service and sales teams.
- Act as the primary contact for financial and accounting matters across departments.
- Support executives with various financial projects and tasks as needed.
Skills Required:
- Strong mathematical background and analytical capabilities.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Extensive experience in finance and data processing environments.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills to meet regulated standards and timelines.

- Proficient in identifying and addressing data discrepancies.

Education Qualifications & Experience Level:
- MBA from a recognized university.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in comprehensive account management.
- Total experience should range from 7-12 years.
- Preference for candidates who are CA qualified.
