.Net Core Developer - C#/ASP (4-7 yrs)

Role & Responsibilities :

1. Estimates and develops scalable solutions using .Net technologies in a highly collaborative agile environment with strong experience in C#, ASP.net Core, Web API.

2. Maintains relevant documentation around the solutions.

3. Conducts Code Reviews and ensures SOLID principles and standard design patterns are applied to system architectures and implementations.

4. Evaluates, understands, and recommends new technology, languages, or development practices that have benefits for implementation.

5. Collaborates with the Agile practitioners to help avoid distractions for the team, so that the team is focused on delivering their sprint commitments.

6. Drives adoption of modern engineering practices such as Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment, Code Reviews, TDD, Functional/Non-Functional testing, Test

7. Automation, Performance Engineering, etc., to deliver high-quality, high-value software.

8. Identifies and delivers reusable components or decouples components from the existing codebase to build a framework.

9. Leads code reviews with other team members.

10. Fosters a culture and mindset of continuous learning to develop agility using the three pillars of transparency, inspection, and adaptation across levels and geographies.

11. Mentors other members of the development team.

12. Leads sessions with scrum team members to structure solution source code and designs implementation approaches-optimizing for code that follows engineering best practices, and maximizes maintainability, testability, and performance.

13. Relevant exposure to agile ways of working, preferably Scrum and Kanban.

Ideal Candidate :

1. B.E/B. Tech/MCA or equivalent professional degree.

2. 4-7 years of experience designing and developing n-tier Web applications using .Net Framework, .Net Core, ASP.Net, WCF, and C#, MVC 4/5 Web Development, RESTful API Services, Web API, and JSON.

3. Well-versed with C#, modern UI technologies, and database/ORM technologies.

4. Must have a solid understanding of modern architectural and design patterns.

Comprehensive knowledge of automation testing and modern testing practices, e.g., TDD, BDD, etc.

5. Strong exposure in one or more Implementation of CI & CD using Jenkins, Docker containerization.

6. Strong exposure to Agile software development methodologies and enabling tools such as Jira, Confluence.

7. Excellent communicator with a demonstrable ability to influence decisions.

8. Good working understanding of application architecture concepts like microservices, Domain-Driven Design, broker pattern/message bus, event-driven, CQRS, ports & adapters/hexagonal/onion, SOA would be preferred.

Mandatory Requirements :

1.Strong .Net Core Software Engineer(C#) Profile

2. Must have 4-7 years of hands-on experience in .Net Core and C#

3. Must have experience in Continuous Integration & Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines

4. Strong experience in SQL on any database(MySql/Sql Server/Oracle/Postgres etc)

Preferred Experience :

1. Experience with automation testing frameworks such as Selenium or equivalent

2. Experience in Microservices and/or Distributed Architecture

3. Experience with healthcare revenue cycle management and systems such as HIPAA, HL7, and FHIR would be preferred.
