Designation: Marketing Head.
Experience: 4- 5 years minimum.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and facilitate an annual marketing plan for the company.
- Support and Facilitate the development and implementation of marketing plans.
- Make staffing and hiring decisions within the marketing department.
- Build and develop a marketing team that is competent, dedicated, and efficient.
- Administer the company's marketing budget along with cost optimization.
- Develop marketing collaterals and distribution.
- Develop and maintain company website.
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, Pay- per- click (PPC)/Pay- Per- Performance (PPP), marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Managing PPC campaigns like Google AdWords, Facebook, and LinkedIn etc.
- Develop, execute and track the Branded Content & Connection plans for all Integrated Campaigns Conceptualizing marketing campaigns on Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, and other websites to increase Leads.
- Prepare content for Articles, PR, and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels.
- Collaborate with designers to improve the user experience of the website, LPs.
- Measure the performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web Analytics tools.
- Acquire insight into online marketing trends and keep strategies up- to- date.
- Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors.
- Handling and training on new tools used in digital marketing.
- Exercise sound business judgment, suggest recommendations, and influence the direction of search campaigns by effectively working with account managers and internal teams.
- Participating and managing business Expos.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate or postgraduate.
- Proven working experience in digital marketing.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e., Google Analytics).
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
- Strong analytical skills and data- driven thinking.
- Up- to- date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
