Key Responsibilities :
- Initiate and conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from the leads provided by the company. Engage with customers to understand their requirements and provide relevant information about education loan products.
- Actively convert prospective leads into customers through effective telephonic sales techniques. Address customer queries and concerns, providing clear and accurate information regarding loan products, eligibility, and the application process.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, market conditions, and changes in the education loan sector. Leverage this knowledge to provide better service and relevant solutions to customers.
- Work closely with the internal teams (sales, operations, and processing) to ensure smooth processing of leads, meeting targets, and resolving any issues related to customer applications.
- Ensure that all leads managed by you are consistently updated in the CRM system with accurate and live status. Follow-up with customers and update lead progress regularly to ensure timely conversions.
- Prepare and submit monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports to the manager, detailing lead status, conversion rates, targets achieved, and any challenges faced during the sales process.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- 1-4 years of experience in telesales or related field (education loan sales preferred).
- Strong communication skills with excellent verbal fluency in English language.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting daily targets.
- Proficiency in generating leads through effective phone conversations and follow-ups.
