Role & responsibilities
- Answering calls and resolving queries about products.
- Collection of lead data from existing or potential customers on Products other than pre-
approved loans . - Reaching potential or existing clients to advise them about product description and offers
and campaigns utilizing pre-defined scripts. - Conveying verbal acknowledgments of offers to Sales group for closing the leads.
- Keep up quality service by adhering to organizational guidelines.
- Obtaining customer feed-back and handling queries & complaints, if any
Preferred candidate profile
- Good proficiency in English.
- Proficiency in any of the regional languages (Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam) are a plus
