Job Title: High Touch Engineer (HTE)

Location: Qatar & DOHA

Duration: 12 Months

Work Type: Onsite

Job Description:

• HTE is a directly customer role who leads the technical deliverables of Expert Care services.
• Provides reactive support and builds a relationship with the customer's operational team(s), typically Service Operations or Network Support.
• Provides network level problem resolution (i.e. not just device level) including troubleshooting and diagnosis.
• Provides Transfer of Information (ToI), to improve customer's technical skills and processes.
• Delivers detailed Root Cause Analysis and Software Referral to customers.
• Delivers Reactive Trend Analysis to proactively detect and manage chronic or recurring network problems.
• Leads the technical section of the Quarterly Business Review (QBR), building trust, articulating value and providing point of view.
• An HTE is typically dedicated to a single customer and will be on site.
• Very good in Network/Security Troubleshooting.
• Ability to work on-site at customer premises.
• Along with HTOM, will be client's interface to customer.
• Professional and can deal with Executive Management.
• Residing in Cairo and can join asap.
• CCIE Enterprise/Service provider Certified.
• Hands-on experience on technologies like SDA (Routing and Switching) and client's Security firewalls.
• Platforms to be handled in the Customer network:
• SDA
• IOS-XE, NX-OS
• ASA, FIREPOWER, ISE, VPN
