Business Analyst - Kondor Treasury Application Support (3-6 yrs)

Job Summary:

- The Business Analyst for Kondor Treasury Application Support will serve as a key resource in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of the Kondor Treasury system.

- The role involves resolving application issues, supporting end-users, managing system configurations, and collaborating with stakeholders to address system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Application Support: - Provide L1 and L2 support for the Kondor Treasury application, addressing functional and technical issues.

- Troubleshoot and resolve system incidents reported by end-users in a timely manner.

- Escalate L3-level issues to the vendor (e.g, Finastra) or internal teams, ensuring efficient resolution.

System Monitoring & Maintenance:

- Monitor application performance and system health, identifying and addressing potential risks proactively.

- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as clearing logs, managing configurations, and monitoring interfaces.

User Support & Training:

- Assist treasury teams with queries related to system functionality and processes.

- Conduct training sessions and create user-friendly documentation, including FAQs and quick reference guides.

Incident Management & Reporting:

- Log, track, and manage incidents using ITIL-compliant tools and processes.

- Generate periodic reports on application performance, incident resolution, and user feedback.

System Enhancements & Testing:.

- Collaborate with business teams to understand enhancement requests and document functional requirements.

- Coordinate with technical teams and the vendor to implement and test enhancements or patches.

Regulatory & Compliance Support:

- Ensure the Kondor Treasury system complies with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

- Assist with audits and compliance checks, providing necessary system data and reports.

Skills & Experience Required:

Technical Skills:

- Strong knowledge of the Kondor Treasury product, including configurations and workflows.

- Familiarity with financial instruments (FX, MM, Bonds, Derivatives, etc.

- Basic understanding of databases (e.g, Oracle, SQL Server) and integration mechanisms (e.g, APIs, middleware).

Business Skills:.

- Deep understanding of treasury operations and transaction lifecycles.

- Familiarity with ITIL processes for incident, problem, and change management.

Soft Skills:.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address application issues effectively.

- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders and vendors.

- Ability to work in high-pressure environments and manage multiple priorities.

Educational Qualifications:.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Technology, or related field.

Experience:.

3-7 years of experience in supporting treasury or banking applications, Must have worked on Kondor.

Hands-on experience with application monitoring and incident resolution in a production environment.
