Manager - Sales - Life Insurance (2-5 yrs)

Functions and Accountabilities :

- To accomplish sales goals, lead, coach, and inspire a group of salespeople. Create and execute sales strategy to boost market share and propel company expansion.

- Implement training initiatives to improve the sales team's abilities and expertise.

- Track and assess team and individual performance while offering frequent coaching and feedback. Create and preserve a solid rapport with your clients.

Candidate Profile :

- Experience:1 to 5 years in Field Sales and Marketing In any Sector

- Age 21 To 38 Years

- Graduation Complete

- Ability to achieve the sales target

- Basic Understanding of Insurance Products
