Area Sales Manager - Insurance (2-2 yrs)

Job Summary:

We are searching for a proactive, results-oriented Area Sales Manager to join our Bangalore team. The ideal applicant will have at least 2 years of field sales experience, particularly in BFSI, FMCG, retail, or B2B sales. This position include overseeing sales operations, generating revenue development, and leading a team to accomplish corporate goals.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Create and implement sales strategy to meet corporate objectives in your designated area.

- Identify and gain new consumers through direct sales, networking, and market research.

- Develop and maintain solid connections with customers, distributors, and business partners.

- Manage and manage a team of sales professionals by offering advice, training, and encouragement.

- To revise tactics, keep track of sales performance, market trends, and competition activity.

- Ensure that leads are consistently converted into sales through effective pipeline management.

- Give sales presentations, negotiate, and close contracts with major clients.

- Maintain accurate sales reports, predictions, and CRM data.

- Ensure adherence to business rules and industry requirements.

- Travel inside Bangalore and the surrounding areas to meet customers and increase sales.

Candidate Profile :

- At least two years of field sales experience, particularly in BFSI, FMCG, retail, or B2B sales.

- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiating abilities.

- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.

- Experience in sales team management and business strategy development.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.

- Knowledge of CRM technologies and the Microsoft Office Suite.

- Be willing to travel widely throughout Bangalore.

- Experience in life insurance, general insurance, loans, financial services, or direct sales.

- Outstanding networking and customer acquisition skills.

- Capable of analyzing data, identifying sales patterns, and making strategic judgments.
