Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).
- Develop and implement strategies to identify and qualify leads.
- Set and monitor team goals, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create aligned strategies.
- Track and report on lead conversion rates and sales pipeline progress.
- Provide training and feedback to improve team performance.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales development or lead generation roles.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze data and optimize sales strategies.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
