Agency Channel Coordinator - BFSI (2-5 yrs)

Job Description:

The Agency Channel Coordination will be responsible for overseeing and driving the performance of a team of Insurance Agents or Financial Advisors within a designated region. This role focuses on sales growth, team development, and market penetration in the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the recruitment of skilled financial advisors and ensure proper onboarding and integration.

- Offer continuous training, support, and guidance to help advisors improve their sales performance.

- Cultivate strong relationships with the team to maintain high levels of motivation, engagement, and retention.

- Analyze regional market trends, customer needs, and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.

- Regularly monitor sales results, adjust strategies as needed, and report performance to upper management.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Graduate degree is a must.

- Minimum of 2+ years in a sales or marketing role, preferably within the financial services or insurance sectors.

- Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and leading teams.

- Ability to inspire, motivate, and guide a team toward achieving collective goals.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with agents and clients.
