Manager - Sales - Life Insurance (2-4 yrs)

We are looking for somebody who has 2+ years of experience in the life Insurance Industry only.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Fix customer appointments and visit potential customers for new business.

1. Make the customer understand the various benefits available in the plan & check whether it meets the customer's requirements.

2. Self-sourcing of customer leads from own natural market to sell Life Insurance products.

3. Customer Leads when provided are to be called and fix appointments for sales visits and convert the lead to sales.

4. Cross-sell/Upsell products.

5. Assuring that the business targets are met as per the goal sheet given

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Qualification : Graduation/Bachelor's degree in any stream.

- Experience : 2 to 4 + Years of Experience in Insurance and Banca.

- Age : 22 to 38 years.

- Local candidates hire first.

- Have good negotiation skills.

- Leadership qualities

- Team Leading.
