Job Title: Sales Development Representative
Job Summary:
A Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for initiating contact with potential customers, identifying their needs, qualifying leads as sales opportunities, and setting up meetings with the sales team
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs)
- Develop sales strategies to increase outbound and inbound lead conversion
- Monitor team performance and provide regular training and feedback
- Work closely with marketing to align sales efforts with demand generation initiatives
- Optimize CRM usage and sales automation tools for efficiency

- Education:- Minimum Graduation
- Experience:- Minimum 1 Year of Experience in Field Sales
