Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive Agency Manager who will be responsible for leading a high-energy team of agents to consistently meet and surpass sales targets, while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction. As a key player in our agency's growth, you'll take charge of strategy, team development, and performance optimization to drive success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, motivate, and guide a team of talented agents, fostering an environment that encourages peak performance and goal achievement.
- Set bold sales goals, create actionable strategies to achieve them, and closely monitor team progress to ensure continuous success.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, resolving concerns and ensuring a top-notch service experience that keeps clients coming back.
- Lead creative marketing initiatives that expand the agency's presence, attract new clients, and strengthen brand visibility.
- Ensure that all operations follow company guidelines, industry standards, and regulatory requirements to maintain integrity.
- Continuously evaluate agent performance and provide guidance, coaching, and constructive feedback to enhance individual and team output.
- Identify growth opportunities, design strategies to increase revenue, and lead the charge in expanding the agency's market reach.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2+ years in sales or marketing, with a proven record of success in leading teams and driving sales results.
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities, with a passion for coaching and motivating others to excel.
