Manager - Bancassurance Channel - Insurance (2-5 yrs)

Job Description

Through bank partnerships, effective relationship building, employee training, and regulatory compliance, the Bancassurance Channel Manager will increase life insurance sales.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Promote the sale of life insurance through designated bank locations.

- Establish and preserve solid bonds with bank managers and employees.

- Hold training workshops for bank staff on insurance products.

- For the bancassurance channel, meet sales and revenue goals.

- Help clients comprehend and get insurance plans.

- Verify adherence to all corporate and regulatory guidelines.

Qualification and Experience:

- Preferred is a bachelor's degree in business or a similar discipline.

- 2+ years expertise in sales in banking, insurance, or bancassurance.

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

- A goal-oriented attitude and the capacity for leadership.
