Executive - Bancassurance Sales - Insurance (2-5 yrs)

Job Description:

A Bancassurance Executive is responsible for providing banking and insurance services to customers. This includes consultation to understand the customer's financial needs and recommend the best products to suit their requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Analyzing customer needs and identifying cross-sell opportunities.

- Explaining banking and insurance products and processes to customers.

- Assisting customers in choosing the most appropriate financial products.

- Knowing banking and insurance policies to offer the best solutions.

- Building customer relationships and providing after-sales services.

- Improving customer satisfaction and achieving Sales targets.

Qualification and Experience:

- Bachelors' Degree mandatorily.

- At least 2+ years' experience in banking sales & marketing.

- 3+ years in residential or native.

- Proven Knowledge of banking and insurance.
