Manager - Field Sales - BFSI (2-5 yrs)

To improve life insurance sales, we are seeking a proactive Agency Channel Manager who will hire, train, and oversee agents to achieve sales targets.

Principal Duties:

- Train and educate agents to improve their sales and product expertise.

- Create and put into action plans to boost market expansion and sales growth.

- Build lasting relationships with agents and give constant assistance.

- Keep an eye on agent performance and provide comments for ongoing development.

- Confirm respect to regulations and corporate policy.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales with leadership skills.

- It is required to graduate.

- Mandatory requirement of a bike and a valid license.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Proven ability to drive sales and analyze data for strategic decision-making.
