Customer Acquisition & Sales Role - BFSI (1-4 yrs)

A sales manager manages an organization's entire sales process. They are responsible for supervising sales plans and the performance of an organization to achieve the expected growth

Responsibilities:

- Analyzing sales trends across the industry to develop effective strategies and optimize the current ones

- Implementing the company's sales policies at the field level and enforcing disciplinary actions

- Hiring and training sales teams in different regions to keep up with sales goals

- Collaborating with other teams, such as marketing, to collect and nurture leads-

Requirement:

- Any Graduates

- Candidate must have field job experience.

- Sales and insurance experienced candidate preferred.

- Age: 21 to 38

- Experience: Min 1 + years of experience in sales & Marketing (BFSI & insurance)

- Must have local candidate
