The role of an agent sales officer (ASO) is to oversee and manage a group of agents in a particular region.
Principal Duties:
- Inspect that agents are fulfilling sales goals and following corporate guidelines.
- Offer agents mentoring and guidance.
- Determine and address problems pertaining to customer satisfaction or agent performance.
Examine sales statistics and pinpoint areas that require enhancement.
- Represent the business at networking events and industry gatherings.
