Job Description

A Growth Manager is responsible for driving the growth of a business or specific product/service by identifying opportunities for expansion, improving customer acquisition, and optimizing processes to increase revenue.


- The role is typically found in dynamic, fast-growing companies, especially in tech, startups, or e-commerce, where scaling quickly is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

- Designing and executing strategies to drive business growth, often focusing on increasing market share, user acquisition, or revenue generation.

-Identifying and implementing effective marketing and sales strategies to attract new customers and expand the customer base.

- Conducting research and analysis to understand market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

- Working closely with product and marketing teams to improve offerings, often through data-driven insights, to better meet customer needs and drive growth.

- Using data to track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze business performance, and adjust strategies as needed to maximize growth.

- Leading growth experiments (A/B testing, pilots, etc.) to test hypotheses and uncover new growth opportunities or marketing channels.

- Coordinating across departments (marketing, sales, product development, and customer service) to align efforts and ensure growth strategies are executed effectively.

- Creating programs or tactics to retain customers, improve customer lifetime value (CLV), and reduce churn.

- Ensuring that the infrastructure, processes, and team are capable of supporting growth, especially as the business scales rapidly.

-Overseeing growth-related budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to achieve maximum impact.

Candidates Requirements :

Graduation is mandatory

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
