Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with a network of insurance agents.
- Drive sales performance through effective field sales strategies.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to clients and provide comprehensive support to agents.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and market trends.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance agents' sales techniques and knowledge.
Who We're Looking For :
- Bachelor's degree holder.
- Minimum of 2 years in field sales.
- Excellent communication and sales skills.
- Must own a bike and have a valid driver's license.
