Manager - Agency Development - Insurance (1-5 yrs)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Agency Development Manager to lead the growth of our agency channel in the life insurance sector. You will be responsible for building, developing, and managing a high-performing agency force.

LOCATION: BALURGHAT

SALARY PACKAGE : 2.20 LPA - 3.20 LPA

Responsibilities:

- Recruitment: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top-tier agents.

- Agency Development: Create and execute development plans to enhance the capabilities and productivity of existing agents.

- Performance Management: Set performance goals, monitor agent performance, and provide coaching and feedback to drive results.

- Training and Development: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to equip agents with the necessary knowledge and skills.

- Agent Retention: Implement strategies to improve agent retention rates and foster a positive agency culture.

- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of agency development managers to achieve recruitment and development targets.

- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify recruitment opportunities and talent pools.

QUALIFICATION :

- Proven experience in agency recruitment and development within the life insurance industry.

- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with agents.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Knowledge of life insurance products and industry regulations.
