Manager - Inside Sales - Bank (2-4 yrs)

Positions & Duties:

- Identify market opportunities with the relationship team to target businesses, sectors, and industries and offer them appropriate products.

- Communicating with prospective clients to comprehend the technical specifications for system integration, with an emphasis on Commercial Bank customers.

- Organizing the transaction, gaining the mandate, and helping the group develop transaction pricing to guarantee that revenue is in line with risks and administrative work

- Teach and empower branch banking staff to market cash management products.

- Show branches and potential customers our system.

- Help the branches and relationship manager close a deal.

- By offering marketing support, visibility campaigns, and brand presence, the relationship team can guarantee the product's intended market penetration.

- Communicate with the operations team to guarantee a smooth transaction.

Candidates Requirements:

- Graduation is mandatory

- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
