Manager - Business Development - Insurance (1-5 yrs)

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven business development manager to spearhead growth through strategic partnerships and client engagement within the agency channel. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, fostering strong relationships with agency partners, and collaborating with internal teams to drive sales performance and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth.

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key agency partners.

- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and new business opportunities.

- Work closely with marketing and product teams to align initiatives and drive growth.

- Provide training and ongoing support to agency partners to enhance their sales performance.

Requirements:

- 1 to 5 years of experience in field sales or a related role.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- A bachelor's degree is preferred.

- Must be based locally.
