Manager - Business Development - BFSI (1-8 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Create and execute a plan to grow the agency channel.

- Build strong relationships with agency partners.

- Listen to partner feedback and make improvements.

- Resolve any issues that arise with partners quickly.

- Set clear goals for agency performance and track progress.

- Analyze sales data to find areas for improvement.

- Hold regular check-ins with partners to review performance.

- Provide useful sales tools and materials to partners.

- Offer ongoing support and coaching to agency teams.

- Work closely with marketing, product, and support teams.

- Join forces on marketing campaigns for agency partners.

- Share important information between agencies and internal teams.

Candidate Requirements :

- A minimum of one year of experience in field marketing and sales.

- Any graduate or postgraduate student.

- Any potential candidate nearby

- Age bracket : 21-38.

- Up to 4.00LPA in CTC.
