We are looking for a dynamic Business Partner to join our Agency Vertical. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by building and managing a team of insurance advisors, overseeing their performance, and ensuring targets are met. Your leadership and relationship-building skills will be crucial in expanding our market presence and meeting organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of insurance advisors.

- Set targets and monitor team performance to achieve business objectives.

- Develop strategies for customer acquisition and retention.

- Build strong relationships with clients and team members.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications :

- 2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the BFSI domain.

- Proven team management skills with a track record of meeting targets.

- Strong communication and leadership abilities.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
