Job Summary :
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team in Dharwad. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance), FMCG, Retail, or B2B sales. This role involves lead generation, customer acquisition, and driving revenue growth.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new leads through field visits, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct sales calls, meetings, and presentations to convert prospects into customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of sales deals.
- Track and report sales performance, lead conversions, and market trends.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM software.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve sales strategies and customer experience.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in BFSI, FMCG, Retail, or B2B sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads and close sales deals.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with outdoor sales and customer visits.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Dharwad.
