Associate - Banking Sales (1-4 yrs)

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Sales Officer to drive customer acquisition and promote banking products. Roles & Responsibilities:

- Identify potential customers and promote banking products (CASA, loans, insurance, etc.).

- Build and maintain strong client relationships to maximize business opportunities.

- Meet and exceed sales targets through strategic selling and referrals.

- Educate customers on financial products and provide excellent service.

- Good networking, and communication

Qualifications:

- 1-2 years of BFSI sales experience is mandatory.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a competitive sales environment.

- Preference for local candidates with market knowledge.

- Age required, 21 to 32.
