We are having urgent requirement for the Designation of a Business Development Representative.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Monitoring sales targets and providing updates as needed.

- Work as a team leader.

- Motivate and connect your team members. Achieve your goal with the help of your team.

- Identify & recruit the right quality advisors to build a strong advisor bas

- The team of Sales Manager will be responsible for the Recruitment of Team (Life Insurance Advisors) from own social and professional network. Implement and adhere to the Need-Based Selling Model

- To do cross-selling for insurance.

- Focus on sales Team Management, Geographical coverage & managing the spread

- On-field work to reach the maximum customer

- Hire, train, motivate, and advise a team of sales representative.

Candidate Profile :

- Any bachelor degree.

- 2 + years in sales And Marketing.

Age: 21 to 38 years.

Good Communication skills

Salary 2.75LPA TO 3.15LPA( annually )
