Job Summary:
We are seeking an Assistant Sales Manager who is highly motivated and results-driven, has three years of sales experience, including at least one year selling life insurance.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Hire, develop, and coach salespeople to guarantee exceptional performance and outcomes.
- Create and implement a sales strategy to meet the revenue and growth goals of your business.
- Encourage and mentor the sales force to surpass performance and sales targets.
- To grow your business, cultivate and preserve a solid rapport with your customers.
- Track and evaluate market trends, sales statistics, and team performance.
- Lead team members in one-on-one coaching, training, and sales meetings.
- Collaborate closely with upper management to match corporate goals and strategy.
- Verify adherence to rules set forth by the insurance and commercial sectors.
- Create and oversee a sales pipeline to guarantee steady company expansion to find and seize fresh company prospects in order to expand the clientele.
Candidate Profile:
- A minimum of one year of experience selling life insurance is required, along with three years of field sales experience.
- Proven capacity to reach and exceed sales targets.
- Strong team management, coaching, and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication, bargaining, and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work both independently and as a team leader.
- Competence with CRM applications and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong familiarity with life insurance policies and procedures.
