Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Assistant Sales Manager with a minimum of 3 years of field sales experience, including at least 1 year in life insurance sales. This role requires excellent negotiation, communication, and strategic planning skills to expand market reach and achieve sales targets.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through field sales, networking, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to drive long-term business growth.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and business development goals.
- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to close deals.
- Generate leads and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and product development) to enhance business strategies.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking sessions to expand business reach.
- Prepare sales reports and performance analysis to track business growth and improve sales strategies.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 3 years of field sales experience, with at least 1 year in life insurance sales.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business growth.
