Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Agency Development Manager with three years of sales experience, including at least one year selling life insurance, who is extremely focused and results-oriented.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Hire, develop, and coach salespeople to guarantee excellent output and performance.
- Create and implement sales strategy to meet revenue and business growth goals.
- Encourage and lead the sales force to surpass performance and sales targets.
- Create and preserve a solid rapport with customers to propel your organization forward.
- Track and evaluate market trends, sales analytics, and team performance.
- Lead team members in one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and sales meetings.
- To match corporate plans and objectives, collaborate closely with senior management.
- Verify adherence to business and insurance industry policies.
- Create and oversee a sales pipeline to guarantee steady company expansion.
- To increase the clientele, find and seize new business prospects.
Candidate Profile:
- Three years of field sales experience, including a minimum of one year spent selling life insurance.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and surpass sales goals.
- Strong coaching, leadership, and team management abilities.
- Outstanding interpersonal, negotiating, and communication abilities.
- The capacity to lead a team and operate alone.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Strong knowledge of life insurance rules and products.
