Roles and Responsibilities :

- Maintaining corporate standards by being accountable for targets and MS and making sure they are met

- Overseeing a group of agents to accomplish organizational goals

- Managing team operations, cultivating and maintaining client connections, and guaranteeing client satisfaction

- In charge of agent growth and training to meet company objectives

- Holding frequent team meetings and evaluations to guarantee team effectiveness

- Working together with branch and regional managers to match organizational objectives with strategies

- CTC Upto : 4 LPA + On Roll Job + Other Benefits

Desired Candidate :

- Qualification : Graduation/Bachelor's degree in any stream.

- Experience : 2 to 3 + Years of Experience in Field Sales and Marketing in any industry
