Job Description

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in your assigned territory.

- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and industry research.

- Attend trade shows, conferences, and events to promote the company's products and services.

- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.

- Offer after-sales support and follow-up to ensure continued business.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).

- Minimum of 2-3 years in outside sales, direct sales, or a similar role.

Compensation:

- Commission: Performance-based commission structure

-Health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and travel allowances.
