Manager - Channel Sales -Insurance (1-5 yrs)

As a Channel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve ambitious sales targets and drive revenue growth for our insurance products.

Roles:

- Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.

- Motivate and inspire the team to achieve sales goals and exceed expectations.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth.

- Monitor team performance and provide support as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

Qualification: Graduate

Experience: Minimum 2+ years in sales and marketing

Age: Minimum 21 Years - Maximum 38 Years

Two Wheeler Required

CTC: 2.80 To4.00 LPA + Incentive + Other Benefit
