Senior Sales Manager - BFSI (1-5 yrs)

We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager with a strong work ethic in the agency vertical for the leading insurance company in India.

Key Responsibilities:

- One of the main duties is to attend to walk-in clients and find out what they require.

- Manage cross-selling, upselling, and product and service sales.

- Deliver outstanding sales support to ensure high client satisfaction.

- Maintain outstanding visual merchandising standards and store conditions.

- Maintain adequate inventory in the store.

- Assess the needs and preferences of your clients.

Requirements :

- Make product recommendations and display items that meet the demands of the customer.

- Experience: Two years or more in a sales and marketing division in any industry.

- Outstanding leadership and communication skills.

- track record of meeting sales targets.

- A local candidate

- Completion is required.

- Ages 22 to 40
