Job Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Management Trainee to join our Direct Marketing Channel. As a Sales Management Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to develop the skills needed for success in the insurance industry.

Key Responsibility :

1. Carry out the role of Frontline Sales officer by providing dedicated customer service and generating new customer references

2. Be part of organization's planned work sites and generate new business opportunities

3. Meet set goals within stipulated time by aiming towards higher earning and growth opportunities

4. Up-sell and cross-sell to generate business and achieve targets

Experience :

- Must have 1 year of experience in Banking and Insurance Sales

- Required Graduation & Post graduation

- Excellent Communication & Presentations Skills

- Strong Negotiation Skills

Compensation Details :

- Fixed CTC - Rs. 3,50,000 per annum

- Confirmation Bonus- Rs.80,000 ( After completion of One year)

- An LTIP of Rs.1,00,000 in the 2nd year

- An LTIP of Rs.1,20,000 in the 3rd year + Sales incentives
