Associate Agency Lead - Sales - BFSI (2-4 yrs)

As an Associate Agency Lead, you will support the growth and development of the agency sales channel. Your role will involve assisting in recruitment, training, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the recruitment and onboarding of agents.

- Assist in strategy development for client acquisition and agency expansion.

- Provide training and mentorship to new agents.

- Analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

- 1+ years of experience in sales or agency operations.

- Strong organizational and mentorship skills.

- Ability to support team and individual development.

- Proactive approach to problem-solving.

Candidates Requirements :

- Graduation is mandatory

- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
