As the Growth Manager for our Agency Channel, you will lead a team of professionals responsible for the growth and performance of our agency network.

Responsibilities:

- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities for product penetration and revenue growth.

- Support teams and clients with queries, policy changes, and other service-related issues, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction.

- Lead negotiations, contract signings, and performance reviews with agency partners.

Skills :

- Strong knowledge of sales processes, market trends, and industry best practices.

- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree preferred

- Experience in Sales & Marketing
