Sales Development Manager - Insurance (23-30 yrs)

We seek a motivated and proactive Insurance Sales Development Manager to join our team. The role involves driving new business by promoting and selling insurance products to prospective clients.

Responsibilities :

- Source potential clients through professional networks, cold calls, and referrals

- Identify, recruit, and manage advisors/agents.

- Building a strong relationship with the new and existing clients.

- Advise clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs.

- Identify, recruit, and manage advisors/agents.

- Develops base for long-term sources of clients.

Requirements:

- 2+ years Work experiences in any Field Sales area.

- Preferably a bachelor's degree.

- Driving and bike is mandatory.

- Handling insurance policies renewals.
