Acquisition Manager - Sales - BFSI (2-3 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are looking for a results-driven Acquisition Manager to join our retail banking team. You will be responsible for acquiring new customers, driving sales of banking products, and expanding the customer base to help achieve branch growth targets.

Key Responsibilities :

- Drive customer acquisition for banking products like loans, credit cards, and savings accounts.

- Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

- Identify and explore new market segments for customer growth.

- Build strong relationships with prospective clients and provide tailored banking solutions.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and product offerings.

- Monitor acquisition performance and adjust strategies as needed.

Qualifications :

- Education: Graduation is mandatory (Any discipline).

- Age and Local Area: 21 to 32 years of age and local area candidate.

- Experience: 2-3 years in sales, business development, or customer acquisition, preferably in banking.
