Officer - Sales - Bank (1-3 yrs)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Banking Sales Officer to promote and sell banking products and services to prospective clients. The ideal candidate will have a customer-oriented mindset, strong sales skills, and the ability to meet targets while ensuring excellent service.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Identify and approach potential customers to offer banking products such as loans, credit cards, and savings accounts.

- Conduct product presentations and explain features, benefits, and terms to customers.

- Generate leads and convert them into successful sales, ensuring targets are met.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, offering personalized financial solutions.

- Cross-sell additional banking products based on customer needs and requirements.

- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with banking regulations and policies.

Qualifications:

- Local candidates preferred with a minimum of a bachelor's degree in any field.

- Age between 21 to 32 years old.

- 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.

- Must own a bike for commuting purposes.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
