Associate Relationship Manager - Insurance (2-4 yrs)

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Explore new opportunities and relationships that can lead to business growth

- Collaborate with sales managers and executives to align training programs with business goals and objectives

- Establish tie-ups with schools and institutions across the territory

- Develop brand awareness, positioning, and build strategies and campaigns

- Conduct seminars on Education Abroad in schools and colleges

- Ensure the profitability of the Business Unit and the achievement of sales and delivery targets

- Ensure the timely delivery of services and streamline processes to make operations efficient

- Assess and track market share of the company's product offerings in the region

- Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to sales team members to improve their performance

- Promote consistent customer experience across all services that can represent the overall brand experience

- Brainstorm new and creative strategies for growth and expansion

Candidates Requirements:

- Graduation is mandatory

- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
