Manager - Client Relationship - BFSI (1-6 yrs)

We're seeking a Client Relationship Manager to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and business growth in our Direct Channel. This role involves managing client relationships, ensuring renewals, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling insurance products.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.

- Ensure high client satisfaction and manage policy renewals.

- Identify and promote additional insurance products to clients.

- Handle client queries and issues promptly to ensure a smooth experience.

- Work closely with internal teams to provide seamless client service.

- Maintain accurate client records and report on key metrics.

Requirements :

- 2 years in sales and BFSI sector.

- Strong communication, relationship-building, and sales skills.

- Bachelor's degree

- Client-focused, proactive, goal-driven, and organized.
